Elev8 was founded in 2018 by Aubrey Edwards and Jorge Villamil with the goal to bring the very best talent to help our clients. Our Elev8 team has deep experience across sales marketing and operations disciplines and more recently we have added a Technical Services practice.

OUR TEAM

Aubrey Edwards

Aubrey, co-founder of Elev8 Consulting, spent 25 years at Microsoft in a variety of sales and product marketing leadership roles spending time in consumer, SMB, enterprise, Public Sector segments during his tenure. Originally from the UK, Aubrey moved to Redmond in 1995 and is now settled in Sammamish with his wife and three children.

Jorge Villamil

Jorge is a 24 year veteran in corporate America and an entrepreneur. He spent 8 years in Eastman Kodak and 16 in Microsoft. He’s a computer engineer with experience in sales, marketing, as well as business, project and program management. Since 2015 he started his own business and a private consulting practices. Co-founded Elev8 consulting in 2018.
